1) How long does it take to freeze the cold pack?

A minimum of 4 hours in the freezer or until frozen.

2) Can I heat up the gel pack with a microwave?

DO NOT use this gel pack as heat pack. This is a cold pack.

​

3) What if the ziplock bag breaks?

​

Sealing the bag is not important. It is only there to separate your cold pack from your food.  You can also replace it with any ziplock bag on the market

4) Some sections do not seem to have much gel in them?

 Simply "Massage" the gel into the area you'd want more gel in.
